«Reverse Storm Drains»

When the tides are at their highest, some of the storm drains work in reverse. We've been having some really high tides lately. This is a picture I took at high tide behind the Plaza mall. Yes, that's tidewater; it's not a plugged storm drain. Click an image to view full.
