Check out this railway in Bangkok. Here I thought the one in Junction City was bad...

Bangkok Train Unbelievable Crazy

The market is called Talaad lom hub. And from what I understand, there's about 8 trains a day.

    Wow! It certainly looks efficient, but I am a bit doubtful it would work with a shinkansen.

    @ Looney: They'd just need a better warning system!

    Yeah, I know... The air turbulence of a fast moving train would also be a problem for them...

    @ Convervse: Well, the trains in your area probably moved faster. But I've always thought it's kinda silly to be ambushed by a train.
