The last one is my favorite. The neighbor just got a cat which cleverly climbed to the roof, but then couldn't figure out how to get down. Oh, how it cried!

ReplyDeleteYears ago we went camping for a week. It was so frickin hot and half-way to our first stop the a/c went out. By the time we got there we were miserable, 2 adults a 80lb German Shepard and a cat... In the cab of a truck. Uh, yeah. It sucked.
Anyway, we get there and we're ready to jump into the cool water ((natural spring water, 50 degrees in July)). The cat needed to cool off too so we attempted to put her in the water.
Jon walked out into the water w/ her and then lowered her into it. She freaked and hopped on the water to the bank. Seriously, she hopped on the water - it was the funniest thing to see.
